The Challenge

Taking an old and once popular local chinese restaurant in the capital city of Accra, and turning that into a household name of the majority of Ghanaians.

The Beginning

It all started when Brainstorm Africa’s Head Project Manager, Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta, took a trip down to his once favourite restaurant during his childhood.

Realising that the place was almost dead, he had a short but eventful conversation with one of the Managing Directors, Mrs Afua Korsah.

That’s when everything started

The Bottom Line

The design team led by Creative Lead, Michael Lawson, used strategy and design to whip up an awesome refreshed brand logo and packaging design.

This then went on to influence the website development and design as well as the social media content.

 

Marketing Campaigns

The marketing department used the company’s golden formula to come up with creative campaigns that would take hold of the Ghanaian youth online.

The sole purpose of these series of campaigns were aimed at reminding the young people of Ghana that their once beloved chain of restaurants are still operating.

Koffee Lounge’s twitter campaigns alone have accumulated over 20 million impressions per quarter since we started work together.
